LLori W. Allen was pleased to be invited to speak to the Pennsylvania Focus Group at their Spring Focus Meeting, held March 22nd during the International Vision Expo in New York, NY. The group of prestigious eye care and vision specialists gathered at the Michelangelo Hotel, where Lori presented The Six Basic Components of a Successful Practice. The presentation outlined Lori’s proven methods for ensuring profitability through six easily implemented strategies that are at the core of her consulting and practice management philosophy.

On August 20th, 2006, Lori visited Seven Springs Mountain Resort for the focus meeting of another prominent group of optometrists and other eye care specialists. The Pennsylvania Optometric Partnership for Progress (POPP) welcomed Lori to their gathering, where she spoke to them about expansion, development, and profitability methods to implement in their practices to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
